Luxury Incline Village Living is a unique community nestled on the beautiful North Shore and surrounded by greenbelt and national forest. Established over 60 years ago, the Village had to be totally planned, incorporating strong architectural standards and zoning as a way to retain the natural beauty of the setting. Residents of Incline Village not only own their property, but own all the community facilities. “Incline ‘’ derived its
name during the logging days of the mid 1800’s, when a double track narrow gauge tram line carried logs almost 1,400 feet vertically to the V-flume running along the granite mountain top. Crystal Bay is a breathtakingly beautiful bay located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, just a couple miles from Incline Village. It is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and stunning views of the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains. One of the unique features of Crystal Bay is its location, as it straddles the border between California and Nevada. The lake is popular among locals and visitors alike for its year-round recreational opportunities, including swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
